Start with 2 bases, a backspot, and a flier up in a straddle split.
Have the flier's left base place their left hand on the flier's left foot and right hand on the flier's thigh, the backspot will grab the flier's
backside with both of his/her hands, and the right base will turn his/her right elbow out and grab the flier's
right foot with a reverse grip (his/her left hand will be on the flier's thigh).
Now for the twist up have the bases/backspot dip and pop the flier. The flier will keep her head up, stay tight, pull up with her chest, squeeze her feet together, and get her
hips up over her feet. The backspot will push straight up and not forward. The left base will help stand the flier up by pushing up with his/her right hand on the flier's thigh and guiding the flier's left foot up underneath with his/her left hand. The right base will stand up the flier with left hand (on the flier's thigh) and push underneath with his/her right hand (on the right foot).
As the flier stands up out of the straddle she will need to pull up with her shoulders, bump her left hip over and right hip back, tuck her chin to her right shoulder, squeeze her abs, stay tight, and turn her right shoulder back to help her twists. The back spot will follow the flier's ankles and squeeze them as the they come around. The left base base will guide and release the flier's left foot as she twist, then regrab either foot depending on the desired extended stunt.
The right base will continue their hold on the flier's right foot, support underneath, squeeze the foot, and regrab with her left hand on the flier's heel as the flier comes to the front. The flier will stop twisting 45 degrees before she is facing front, square her shoulders, spot a target in front, and squeeze her postition for the finish.
