Start as if you we going to do a Scorpion (Scorpion: All-girl/COED).

Flier From elevator (or hands) wait for the base(s)' dip. Ride up to the top of the base(s)'extension by turning your head (for COED) by squeezing your abs, placing your weight in inside of the right foot, and keeping your feet together. When stable pull your spike stunt immediately. This is done by using your back muscles to kick you left leg straight you and grab the top part of you foot right away with both hands (This can be very difficult, so beginners may want to grab their foot from the side with their left hand). Once you have you left foot, pull it up so that you foot is pointing up, adjust your hands down to your shin, pull your leg straight, and point your toe for the finish.

NOTE: This stunt is very dificult and takes a lot of flexibility for the flier. Make sure to pull your side splits on the ground and lean back to your back leg to help you stretch it out.
