Shoulder sit split line

Start with as many shoulder sits as you want, then add 1 less of the same number of shoulder stands in the gaps (In this example, if you have 5 shoulder sits then you need only 4 shoulder stands).

The shoulder stand fliers (in the gaps) will grab the forearms (overlaping grip) of the shoulder sit fliers. Now have the shoulder stand fliers place their foot in the pockets of the shoulder sit fliers.

When everyone is stable the outside bases of the shoulder sits will slide to their outside. If you have an odd amount of shoulder sits then the middle shoulder sit will remain stationary. The original bases of the shoulder stands will become the spot and guide the flier's down to their split positions. The fliers will all split the same way and resist through the arms of the shoulder sit fliers for the finish.
