Start with 2 bases, a backspot, and a flier. Have the flier stand facing forward with her feet together and arms in a low-V, the 2 bases will place their inside hand on the flier's lower back and outside hand out in a half Hi-V, and the backspot will grab the flier's hips.

On count have the flier dip, jump, ride up with her arms up and tuck her knees up as to do a backtuck. The bases and backspot will get under the flier's hips, help lift her, and push up through to help give the flier height and assist in her rotation. (Make sure they don't push forward Or this will place the flier's hips in front of the bases and she will fall)

For the catch the flier needs to maintain control as she tucks around, see her bases then lift up with her chest, remain tight, and place her legs straight down (have the bases catch, don't try to place your feet in their hands). The bases will catch the flier's feet as they come around. Make sure they don't catch too earlier before the flier has made her way around, Or the flier will not make it. The backspot will grab for the flier's ankles and help control her down to the bases as they catch the flier's feet. The catch should be absorbed by the backspot helping and the bases absorbing the blow with their legs for the finish.
