Start as if you we going to do a Stretch (Stretch: All-Girl COED).

Flier The big and only difference is the placement of your arm. As you ride up make sure you lift up with your shoulders, kick your stretching leg up to you (at 45 degrees), grab your stretching leg at the top on the bottom of the foot, and place your other hand (right in this example) on your waist. Smile for the finish.

NOTE: When you do a normal stretch, you use your Hi-V to help lift your shoulders up. In this case you need to really concentrate on lifting up with your shoulders and you can't use your arm as it's on your hip. Also remember not to loose your hips in this stunt as it is common. Make sure you are squeezing your abs and not sitting into your stretch.
