Relaxed Liberty

Start as if you we going to do a Liberty (Liberty: All-Girl COED).

Flier The big and only difference is the placement of your arms. As you ride up make sure you lift up with your shoulders, lift your knee up so it's flat (parrallel to the ground), point your toe, and place your other hands on your hips. Smile for the finish.

NOTE: When you do a normal Liberty, you use your Hi-V to help lift your shoulders up. In this case you need to really concentrate on lifting up with your shoulders as you will not be able to use your arms as they are on your hips. Also remember not to lose your hips in this stunt as it is common. Make sure you are squeezing your abs and not sitting into your Liberty.
