Start as if you we going to do an Arabesque (Arabesque: All-Girl COED).

Flier The big and only difference is the placement of your arms. As you ride up make sure you lift up with your shoulders and squeeze your abs. When ready you need to use your back muscles to lift you leg back making sure to keep it straight, place your hands on your hips, and keep your upper body/shoulders up. Smile for the finish.

NOTE: When you do a normal arabesque, you use your "T-motion" to help lift your shoulders up. In this case you need to really concentrate on lifting up with your shoulders and you can't use your arms as they are on your hips.
