Start with a shoulder sit in the middle and 2 elevators facing inward toward the shoulder sit.

Have both elevator fliers use their back hand and grab forearms with the shoulder sit flier in front of them. When ready have the elevator fliers lean back and hit a half hi-V with their outside arm for the finish.

NOTE: You can add extensions, hitches, thighstands,etc. as shown in the picture to give it and added effect.
