Leg up flip over to split

Start with a flier, 2 bases, front spot, and a backspot. Have the flier start with her right leg straight forward given to the front spot, the flier's hands in a "T" grabbing a thumb to thumb grip with her bases' outside hands, and the backspot will wait with his/her hands in front.

On count have the flier dip, jump, and kick her left leg up and over as she does a back flip. The front spot will hold onto the flier's right leg as she flips, the back spot will reach for the flier's left leg as it comes around, and the bases will maintain contact with the flier's hands while using their inside hand for support under the flier's arm.

For the split - Now as the flier's inverted, dip with her to get momentum and have the front spot throw/guide the flier's right leg over to continue the flip. Using her abs, the flier will need to kick her right leg over and swing it all the way through and the front spot will regrab for the split.

Have the bases and backspot maintain contact with the flier as she flips to a split. From here you can transition to a squish or any other stunt of your choice.
