Start with a flier and 3 bases. Have the flier turn to her right to place her right foot in the hands of the right base. She will
lift her arms up to grab the base's underarm, and her left base (who is behind her now) will grab her underarm (on the tricep). Now have the last base stand to the flier's side and support the flier's lower back.
On count the flier will dip, jump, lift up with her hips, arch, and squeeze the base's underarm (her left base who is behind her). The left base will support the flier's underarm (tricep), the other base will stand underneath to support the flier's lower back, and her right base will grab the flier's left calf as her foot comes up with his right hand and place her foot on his shoulder (when the flier's up the base can adjust his other hand or keep it the same and adjust when they swing). The outside bases may need to step in so the flier can bridge.
For the Swing - (Please practice the swing 1st before you have someone jump). Make sure the bases (right and left) have a strong grip on the flier. They may need to adjust grips before the swing. Now have them swing the flier towards the crowd. The right base wil need make sure that he
remains standing straight with his arms extended, and the left base may need to bend down with his legs. The reason for this is because the flier's legs are longer than her arms and you may need to get the flier low enough for the person to jump over.
Now have the other base jump straight up and over her (make sure you get someone who can jump high enough). As the bases swing the flier back up, the other base will re-grab the flier's lower back and place her back in the arch.
