(For the half twist deadman) - Start with an elevator, and @ least 3 people (2 bases and 1 spot) for the catch.
On count have the elevevator dip and pop. The flier will cross their arms, ride the pop, and do a 1/4 turn to the back while leaning
into it and keeping her body tight.
(It all depends on how you turn) Her right base will keep ahold of the flier's right foot, support her as she falls,
then slide her hand on the flier's right thigh to control her down to the catch. The flier's left base will ride the pop,
let go of the flier's foot, and assist the flier's right ankle as the flier' falls. The catching bases will reach high for the flier's back and
buttocks, and control her down to shoulder height.
For the pop up - Have the catching bases use the momentum of the fall to help throw the flier back up. Make sure the catching bases
throw more with the shoulder hand and less with the hand on the buttocks.
The flier will stay tight, lift up with her chest, and turn her shoulder into the stunt so that she does a 1/2 turn into the elevator. The right base will guide the flier
into position and keep ahold of the flier's right foot, the left base will reach up and regrab the flier's left foot, and the spotter will reach up and
place the flier into position.
