(Note there are many ways to get up into this pyramid) Start with 3 shoulder sits standing in a row. Now place 2 single base thigh stands in the 2 gaps behind the shoulder sits.

Have the top fliers (those fliers in the single base thigh stands) step up and lock their leg on their base. When stable, immediately have the top fliers place their other leg onto one of the shoulder sit flier's thighs. The shoulder sit flier will place her hand under the top fliers foot.

When ready have the top fliers push off of the shoulder sit fliers shoulders, step and lock their leg, then place their other leg on the other thigh of the shoulder sit flier next to them. Have the top fliers hit Hi-V's for the finish.
