Double base handstand

Start with 2 main bases, a flier, and 2 backspots. Start with the flier in a smoosh (half elevator) position on the hands of the 2 backspots (notice the video is a little different as 1 of the main bases is actually holding onto one of the feet, but this can be done both ways),

On count have the flier grab each of the main bases' front hand. The main bases will need to keep their front arms bend with their elbows close to their bodies, and place their back hand on the flier's hip.

Now have the backspots dip and toss the flier straight up. The right backspot will step in to catch the flier's waist as she does the handstand, and the other backspot will just be a spot on the side. The flier will keep her arms straight, ride her hips up, and do a handstand making sure to keep her back straight. The main bases will support the flier on their front hands and support the flier's waist with their back hands for the finish.
