Start with a flier facing forward and 2 bases behind her. The bases will bend down and grab the flier's ankle with their outside hand, and place their inside hand on the flier's buttocks.

On count the flier will dip and jump straight up. The flier will need to stay tight, keep her chest up, keep her head up, and arms placed slightly in front. The bases will wait for the flier's jump, then support/lift her buttocks straight up until she is shoulder height. At the same time the bases will use the flier's ankle to help support and control her on the way up.

For the splitt Right after the flier jumps off the ground she will begin to split her legs into a front straddle. Still make sure she keeps her head/chest up. The bases will go with the flier's split and can adjust their hands onto the flier's foot for more control. Now have the flier hit a Hi-v for the finish.
