Cradle flip over

Start with a flier in a cradle with 2 catchers and a backspot.

Have the flier let go of her bases, lift her arms, and grab a thumb to thumb grip with her backspot behind her. On count the bases will dip and pop the flier up using mostly their front arm to lift and guide. The flier will need to think about getting her hips up and over, tucking, then pushing straight down through the backspots arms as she comes around (this will control her landing).

For the landing - the bases will wait for the flier's feet to tuck around then regrab (not too high or she will not make it around) and immediately place her in a smoosh position. The flier can either try to let go of the backspots hands right away, or wait for a double bounce and let go then. After the flier let's go of her backspot, she will immediately grab the bases shoulders and hold her weight up.
