Back pop up ...

Start with 2 bases, a backspot, and a flier. Have the flier's left base bend down to make her back flat, and have the flier place her right foot on her mid-back and slightly to the right. The right base will grab the flier's right foot (as it's on the back) as she/he would for an elevator. The backspot will place her hands on the flier's waist, and the flier will grab her wrists.

On count have the flier jump off of the ground, resist through the backspot's wrists, then flick away to help get some height off of the ground. The right base will lift the flier's right foot, the left base will bend at her knees and pop up with her back, and the backspot will flick the flier up. As the base pops up with her back the flier will place some resistance with her right foot, then straighten and lock her leg as she gets some height.

From here the pod can go straight to elevator extension where the left base will grab the flier's left foot as she is lifted into the air, OR you can go up to any other extended stunt (i.e. liberty, bow n arrow, scale, armstrong, nike, scorpion, arabesque, stretch, etc.)
