Back bend kick to prep

Start with a flier, a spot, and 2 bases. The flier will start with her right leg on the ground and her left leg lifted straight in front of her. Her left base will grab ahold of the flier's left foot with her left hand in a hamburger grip, then place her right hand on the flier's calf. The right base will place her left arm around the flier's lower back and right hand on the flier's belly. The spotter will place his/her left arm under the flier's left thigh and his/her right hand on the flier's lower back.

ON count have the flier dip and as she comes back up have her arch back and touch her hands to the ground. The spotter and right base will follow and support her as the flier arches back. The left base will keep a hold of the flier's left foot/leg and lift it up slightly. As the flier arches back, she will also split and kick her right leg up and over as her hands touch the ground.

Now have the flier shrug off of the ground, pull her upper body up with her abs, and reach for the base's shoulders to a prep position. The spotter will work his/her way to the back, and grab a hold of the flier's waist to help set her into position. Both bases will get under the flier's left foot for the prep as they get ready for their stunt.
