Flier From elevator (or hands) wait for the base(s)' dip. Ride up to the top of the base(s)'extension by turning your head (for COED) by squeezing your abs, placing your weight in inside of the right foot, and keeping your feet together. When stable pull your Airplane stunt immediately. This is done by hitting a T-motion, dropping your chest so it's parallel to the ground, keeping your head up, and lifting your left leg straight up with your toe pointed. Now smile for the finish.

NOTE: Be sure to push your weight back more onto your heel as you drop your chest. This will help you balance the weight of your chest being dropped and avoid you from falling forward.
