All-girl toss extension

Start with a flier, 2 bases, and a back spot. Have the backspot grab the flier's waist, have the flier grab the backspot's wrists, and have both bases place their front hand on the flier's shin and back hand on the back of the flier's thigh.

On count have the flier dip and jump off the ground. The bases will go with the dip (let the flier jump), will assist and lift her up while maintaining the flier's position, then flick and release with their arms left up.

The backspot will maintain a loose grip, let the flier dip and jump, go with the flier's momentum, then explode with a flick (toss) as they extend their arms up for the release.

After the flier jumps, she will ride the toss and flick off of the backspots wrists while staying tight.

Now the bases will get under and grab the flier's feet, and the backspot will stabilize the flier by grabbing her ankles and pushing up for the finish.
