Start with a pod and the flier in with 1 foot (left in this example). On count have the flier dip and jump for a normal prep and ride up, and lift her right knee as to go up to an extended liberty. The bases will ride up normal as well until past shoulder width.

After shoulder width the bases will use the momentum and give the flier a little pop up to an extended stunt and release her left foot. The flier with control while squeezing her abs will ride the pop, place her right foot down to the middle, and kick her left foot up to a stretch. The flier must maintain control of her body at all times by staying tight (squeeze her buttocks, squeeze her abs, and keep shoulders straight), and making sure she allows the bases to grab her foot NOT try to place it in their hands. The bases will grab the flier's foot as it comes down, squeeze it and push through to the top of the stunt for the finish.
