Start with a pod in a cradle with the flier making sure she is holding herself up with her arms and not sagging in the cradle. On count have the pod dip, the flier pull herself up, the right base pop the flier up to help her rotate, the left base to help initiate the flier's spin ( don't throw up too much for the left base), and the back spot initiate the flier's rotation by throwing up with the flier's right shoulder.

After the pop, the flier will immediately lift up with her right shoulder and bump up her right hip to initiate the spin for the roll. Make sure the flier stays tight, squeezes her buttocks, squeezes her abs, tucks her chin to her right shoulder, and wraps her arms,

When the flier sees her right base, she will gradually open up, catch her bases for the finish, and the bases will absorb her into the cradle for a safe landing.
