Double Split Kick Transition

Start with 3 elevators lined up in a row. Have the middle elevator face forward, and the outside elevators face inward. Now place 2 additional elevators (split kick elevators) in front of each outside elevator facing inward. Have each of the split kick fliers lift their arms over their heads and give their hands to the flier behind them. The split kick fliers will also lift their back leg straight forward and give it to the flier in the middle.

Have each of the split kick elevators dip and pop their fliers up with their front leg. The split kick fliers will ride up by lifting up with their hips, resist through their arms, and kick their front legs straight up to the sky making sure to keep their leg straight and toes pointed. The outside fliers will keep ahold of the split kick fliers hands and get underneath her to help support the flier for the kick. The inside elevator flier will support both fliers' front legs on the way up.
After the kick the fliers can do a multiple # of things. The easiest is to come down to a flatback. Now have the split kick fliers lift up with their chest, squeeze their abs, kick their legs together, and keep ahold of their grip with the outside flier. Ther split kick fliers' bases will reach high and absorb her landing, and the middle elevator flier will support/follow both fliers down safely for the finish.

NOTE: Add a twist for a more difficult effect.

NOTE: To stay legal for most younger teams, make sure the split kick fliers don't throw their head back, instead they need to keep their head above their hips.
