Start with 3 elevators lined up in a row facing forward. Now place 2 additional elevators (hopover elevators) in front of each outside elevator facing inward. Have each of the hopover fliers give their inside arm to the flier of the elevator beside them.
Have each of the hopover elevators dip and extend their fliers up with their outside leg. The hopover fliers will lift and give their inside leg (keeping it straight) to the flier in the middle elevator. The middle elevator flier will grab both hopover flier's ankles from underneath with her palms facing up.
The hopover flier's elevators will now dip again and pop their fliers straight up. The hopover fliers will ride their pops, shoot their outside arm straight up and grab the outside flier, lift their outside hip up, and kick their outside leg up and over their inside leg. The middle layer flier will maintain a loose grip with the hopover flier's ankles while still maintaining contact to allow for their ankles to rotate, then grab a firm grip as the flier comes down.
The hopover fliers will bring their kicking foot straight down to their bases. The hopover elevators will move between the other elevators immediately after throwing their flier up, then regrab the hopover flier's foot to slow her down for the finish.
