Start with a flier in the middle, a post in front, 2 bases on the sides, and a spotter/post up in the back. The flier will grab a thumb to thumb grip with the post in front who has one leg back and one leg forward. The flier will lift her right leg up and give it to her right base. The backspot will place her left hand on the flier's left ankle and her right hand under the flier's buttocks. The flier's left base will stand there with her arms in front and wait for the flier to dip.

On count the flier will dip and jump making sure to place her weight onto the post in front. The post will stand up and straighten her arms to resist the flier, the backspot will push the flier up and lift up on her ankle, the right base will lift up on the flier's right foot, and the left base will grab the flier's left foot as she comes off of the ground. The flier will straighten both as she comes off of the ground so the bases can place her on their shoulders. The bases on both sides will make sure they have placed their backhand under the flier's foot, place her foot close to their inside shoulder, and step back with their front leg. When stable the flier will stand up and everyone will hit Hi-V's for the finish.
