Start with a row of cheerleaders on their hands on knees. Next place another row by having each person place their right knee on one bases mid-back, their other knee on another base's back, and their hands on both of the bases' upper back. Finally have the top row do use their arms and push themselves up on the 2nd level by remembering to place their right knee on one bases mid-back, their other knee on another base's back, and their hands on both of the bases' upper back.

For the Crash - Start with a count [ Ready, 1, 2 , (down), (up)] and have everyone shrug and pop (slightly) on the down, up count. Make sure it is in control at all times and make sure NO ONE is literally popping up and flopping on everyone else. This is a controlled pyramid and everyone should resist through their arms. As they crash down, just have everyone resist through their arms and chest, gradually push their legs straight back, and roll to their forearms as they come to the ground for the finish.
