Start with a flier, 2 post/spotters on the side of the flier, a toe pitch in front, and a base behind the flier. Have the flier place her right foot in front to the toe pitch and her hands straight out to the side with palms up. Each post will grab a thumb to thumb grip with the flier with their front arm, and also place thier back arm on the flier's shoulder. The base in the back will bend over to make a flat surface with his/her back.

On count have the flier dip, the toe pitch will toss and guide, and the posts will resist with their hands and push through the flier's shoulders to help rotate and lift her up. The flier needs to tuck as she comes up and resist through her arms.

For the landing the posts need to control the flier as she rotates an guide her down to the base. The flier needs to resist with her arms, look for the base, and gently land on the base. The flier needs to make sure that she pushes through her posts to relieve the wieght off of the landing, and the base's back for the finish.
