Start with a flier, 2 bases, a backspot and a front spot.

The 2 bases will bend down and grab the flier's left foot. The left base will have her hands on the flier's toe (ball of her right foot) and heel. The right base will place her right hand under the middle portion of the flier's foot and left hand on the flier's right ankle. Have the back spot bend down and brace the flier's calf/shin from the back while the front spot will brace her calf/shin from the front.

On count the flier will dip and jump, and pull her stretch into position. The bases will dip and press the flier up to an extended stretch. The flier will keep her stretch all the way up and smile for the finish.

NOTE:To make the press easier make sure the bases/spots keep their arms bent and close to them.
